This Privacy Policy explains what personal data AI Employee collects when you use our website and platform, including the AI Social Media Manager service, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the account details you give us (your name and email address), the company information you enter (services, prices, FAQs and documents), the messages and content exchanged between your team or AI employees and your customers, and basic technical data needed to keep the service secure and running.
2. How We Use Information
We use your data only to provide and improve the service: generating AI responses, retrieving your knowledge base, publishing content you approve, showing analytics, keeping your workspace secure, and contacting you about your account. We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for advertising.
3. Connected Social Media Accounts
When you connect TikTok, Instagram or another platform, we receive only the permissions you grant — for example basic profile information such as open ID, display name and avatar, and the ability to upload or publish videos. We publish only content you have explicitly approved, and we may read post performance metrics in order to show you analytics. We do not sell this data and do not use it for advertising.
4. Data Storage and Security
Access tokens for connected accounts are stored securely and are used only to provide the service you have authorised. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access inside your workspace is restricted by role-based permissions so that only your own team can see it.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We keep data while your account is active. You can disconnect a connected account at any time from your TikTok or Instagram settings or from inside AI Employee, and you can ask us to delete your data or close your account. When we receive such a request we delete the associated tokens and data, unless we are required by law to keep a limited record.
6. Sharing
We never sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers we need to operate the service — for example cloud hosting, AI model providers and payment processing — each of which processes data only as necessary to perform its function and under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
7. Children's Privacy
The service is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. International Users
AI Employee can be used from many countries, and your data may be processed and stored outside your own country. Where transfers are necessary we rely on appropriate safeguards, and the practices described in this policy apply wherever you use the service.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the service and the platforms we integrate with change. The revision date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated, and material changes will be announced in a reasonable way. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
